1. Urban Technical Officer (Junior Grade-III)
- No. of vacancy: 103 [UR: 53, OBC/MOBC: 28, SC: 07, STP: 10 & STH: 05]
- Qualification: Bachelor degree in commerce (B.Com) from any recognized University or Institute.
- Scale of pay: PB: 4, Rs.30,000-1,10,000/-, Grade pay Rs.12,700/-
2. Financial Management Officer (Junior Grade-II)
- No. of vacancy: 103 [UR: 53, OBC/MOBC: 28, SC: 07, STP: 10 & STH: 05]
- Qualification: Graduate in Engineering/Technology in Civil Engineering (Full Time) from any All-India Council for Technical Education) (AICTE) recognized university/institution.
- Scale of pay: PB: 4, Rs.30,000-1,10,000/-, Grade pay Rs.12,700/-
Age limit for Housing & Urban Affairs Assam
# The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as 0n 01.01.2023. The upper age limit is relaxable:
(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e., up to 43 years.
(ii) By 3 years lor OBC/MOBC candidates i.e., upto 41 years.
(iii) For Pe6ons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) by 10 years.
# The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation /HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Central state Board/Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents.
Eligibility for Housing & Urban Affairs Assam
(i) The candidates must be a permanent resident of Assam.
(ii) The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/Employment Exchange Registration certificate Voter ID card of the candidate or his/her parents will be treated as proof of residency along with the online application form.
